The venue is housed in a beautiful building. Staff is always amicable😃

The apartments are fantastically located, close to the Costanera Center mall and in a nice area. the rooms are clean and there is a dedicated underground parking space. the view is excellent, and there are many facilities nearby such as restaurants and money exchange desks.

Some minor cosmetic maintenance is required in the apartments.

Great location close to shops, restaurants, and the metro. Easy access to taxis. Clean beds and working air conditioning. Small coffee shop nearby for breakfast. Decent rooftop pool. Convenient walking distance to places of interest and abundant taxis.

Felt like being home, no reason to complain.

Quiet and best possible location if in need to be so close to Providencia, restaurants and shops, and the nearby parks. The pool is great — useful on hot days. Stuff is consistently courteous and amazing: )

Beds were hard.

Had a great time during my xmas stay. the location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants and entertainment options just a short walk away. the rooftop pool provided a nice escape from the heat, and the views from the upper rooms were stunning. the rooms themselves were spacious and comfortable, with fast and reliable internet.

There were a few negative aspects to note. Some things in the apartment were broken, such as the light bulb in the bathroom and the door handle.

Price and Location

It is not a hotel so don´t expect recepcionist, breakfast or facilities. I had to go to another room to pay in advance but all the staff was helpful.

This is a modern apartment building in a nice location in Providencia neighborhood of Santiago. The management of several units in the building is not actually affiliated with the lobby staff, but is available via a quick phone call. All personnel I encountered were very friendly. This feels a bit like you are crashing at a friend's apartment while they are out of town. There are supplies to prepare basic snack or bring food from a nearby restaurant etc. There is a grocery nearby, as well as plenty of coffee shops and restaurants. It is within one block of a subway stop. Internet was reliable. We stayed in a studio apartment that was quite comfortable.

It felt pretty clean, but there were plenty of dust bunnies. The curtain pulls were twisted and cords were broken. Minor details, but might bother you if you are fastidious. All in all, I would recommend this place if you are pretty self sufficient and simply need a place to relax and rest your head. If you are expecting services of a hotel such as concierge or lobby bar, pool etc. this would not be a place for you.

My recent stay at Departamentos Costa Nueva De Lyon was fantastic. The location was ideal, allowing me to easily explore the park and restaurants on foot. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and provided a quiet retreat after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the staff at the entrance and in the office were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.
